We recommend using 2 strands embroidery floss on white Aida cloth in 16 or 18 count, and 3 strands embroidery floss if stitching on 14 count Aida cloth.

16 count - 2.5 inches x 1.5 inches
18 count - 2.25 inches x 1.25 inches
